We learned to cook using uniquely Mexican ingredients and fused it with food that enriched our life experiences. The result is a bakery with pastries that reflect the love we have for our Mexican culture and the skills that we have picked up along our culinary journey.
We have traveled the world but no place inspired us as much as Mexico City. For us, part of the magic of Mexico City are the plants that decorate the streets of Roma Norte, Polanco, Condesa, and beyond. The plants thrive in the subtropical climate and reach spectacular sizes. The flora of the landscape fueled our affinity for plants of all types and inspired us to share our love and knowledge of them with you.
We aim to give you an experience that takes you to Mexico City without having to buy a plane ticket. By marrying food and flora, you'll understand how our love for our Mexican roots and how growing up in Sacramento shaped the people that we are today.
